Program 1: Sexual and Reproductive Health & Wellbeing
The Sexual and Reproductive Health & WellbeingProgram works to provide accurate, age-appropriate, and rights-based information on sexual and reproductive health to adolescents and women, with the aim of breaking deeply rooted myths, stigma, and misinformation and availing resources.

Program 2: Girls' Education & Life Pathways
The Girls' Education & Scholarship Program works to ensure that girls from marginalized communities can access, remain in, and complete their education, while building their agency.
We recognize education as a critical foundation for long-term health, economic independence, and social participation. Yet many girls face barriers such as poverty, menstrual health challenges, early pregnancy, stigma, and limited family support. This program addresses those barriers through targeted scholarships, educational materials, mentorship, and community engagement.
Beyond financial support, the program emphasizes educational continuity, confidence-building, and life planning—ensuring that girls are supported not only to stay in school, but to thrive.

Program 3: Women's Skills and Livelihoods Program (WSL)
The Women's Social Entrepreneurship & Economic Empowerment Program supports young women to build sustainable livelihoods, become active members of the workforce, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
The program addresses the economic exclusion faced by many young women, particularly those from rural and underserved communities, by providing practical skills development, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support grounded in dignity, agency, and social responsibility. Using a vulnerability-informed selection process, we prioritize young women who face economic and social barriers to employment. Participants receive structured vocational and skills training combined with mentorship, life skills development, and exposure to ethical employment and entrepreneurship pathways.
Graduates are supported to pursue decent work, start small enterprises, or form cooperatives, contributing to local economies while strengthening their independence and confidence. In parallel, the program addresses social barriers to women's economic participation through community engagement and gender-based violence prevention.
